Cassava is the third largest source of carbohydrates for human food in the world. In Africa, it’s a staple. While this also makes selling cassava a great business opportunity, without help, families are unable to reach for this stable livelihood.  Photographer, Ginnie Lange traveled with IAS America to witness a family no longer in crisis: The following pictures are of a family that received a seemingly-small donation thru IAS America from someone like you.
